While we were looking at the Scarlet Macaws on the trail of the skywalk at Villa Lapas, our guide spotted a King Vulture overhead.

From one of the suspension bridges of the skywalk, we saw this one perched in a tree across the ravine.

King Vultures are just a little larger then Turkey Vultures. A mixed flock of Black, Turkey and King Vultures was overhead.
