It is possible this is a Thick-billed Fox Sparrow at the White Pass Campground at Leech Lake, Yakima County, WA. It is also possible it is a canescens Slate-colored Fox Sparrow, though that is unlikely. The nesting territory of Thick-billed Fox Sparrow comes much closer to White Pass, WA than does that of canescens Slate-colored Fox Sparrow. Digiscoped. June 30, 2007.
